We offer refunds or replacements only when an issue occurs due to our error—such as damage, missing items, incorrect items, delivery failures, or orders that become significantly delayed. Because shapewear is an intimate garment, returns for reasons such as sizing, preference, or fit are not eligible due to hygiene and safety standards.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive within the designated delivery timeframe( maximum 30 days ), we will gladly replace it or issue a refund once the required evidence is provided. Cancellations are also possible if the order has not yet begun processing. All requests must be submitted within the applicable time window outlined in our policy.
