BodyVella Refund & Exchange Policy

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At BodyVella, our mission is to help you reclaim your confidence and your silhouette. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery on all eligible items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within this window, provided the strict hygiene conditions below are met.

2. Strict Hygiene & Eligibility Requirements

Because our products are intimate apparel/shapewear that comes into direct contact with the skin, we maintain extremely high hygiene standards for the safety of all our customers. We only accept returns if the items are in their original, pristine condition:

  • Unworn Items: We do not accept returns for any products that have been worn, even for a short period.

  • No Odors or Marks: Items that have any scent of perfume, detergent, or perspiration, or show traces of makeup, lotion, or deodorant, will be rejected immediately.

  • Tags & Packaging: The product must have all original tags attached and be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

Please Note: Any returned item that does not pass our hygiene inspection will be refused and sent back to the customer at their own expense, or disposed of without a refund being issued.

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. BodyVella does not provide prepaid return labels.

  • Defective Items: In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or is incorrect (wrong size/model), we will cover the costs of the replacement.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at sales@bodyvella.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the product and the issue.

  • A photo of the packaging with the shipping label visible.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please contact us within 30 days. The original item must be unused and sealed. Once the returned item is inspected and approved at our warehouse, we will process your exchange.

6. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email our support team at sales@bodyvella.com. Do not send items back to the address on the shipping label without contacting us first, as they may be lost and ineligible for a refund.

7. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
